Here's a place to comment on your daily/weekly/monthly whatever amount of time you exercise. What kind do you do, what's the best machines to use at the gym or at home, and how effective do you find exercise with your low carb lifestyle?
Oh, you know me! I love my exercise.
ReplyDeleteThis morning I ran two miles on the treadmill at a 8-15% incline. I was working more on muscle conditioning than on speed. This afternoon I will run three miles outside. I'm running the Spokane Bloomsday 12K on Sunday, and have not spent much time outside. In fact, I have never run on pavement before. I'm a little nervous about how my shins will hold up.

ReplyDeleteI walk 3 times per week and do 1 hour spin classes 2 times per week. I wish I could do more but with school, it is difficult right now....actually, i could do more if i could just get myself up in the MORNINGS earlier! I am going to be working on taking that step shortly.
